Program Description

What does successful AI adoption actually look like beyond the headlines? Join Highspring AI practice leaders for a candid conversation on the business challenges they have solved for clients, how AI was implemented, and the measurable results that followed.

Most conversations about AI stay stuck in theory. This session brings the discussion into practice through a real client story, walking through the business challenge that sparked the AI initiative, the approach behind the solution, and the measurable results achieved — along with practical takeaways for leaders evaluating or scaling AI.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, you will understand or engage in:

  • Real client success stories — the business challenge, AI approach, implementation journey, and lessons learned
  • Why AI initiatives succeed or stall — the common challenges organizations face when moving from experimentation to measurable business value
  • Results & business impact — tangible outcomes, key metrics, operational improvements, and ROI
  • How to scale AI successfully — Highspring's perspective on what organizations should prioritize to move from pilots to enterprise-wide impact
  • Live Q&A — bring your questions and leave with next steps you can act on
